Shipping Policy
At InteractWaiting, we aim to make shipping clear, reliable, and straightforward. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if delays occur. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time may vary based on destination, product type, carrier conditions, and local customs requirements.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, package weight, shipping method, and carrier availability. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Promotional shipping offers may be available from time to time and will apply only under the stated conditions.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to eligible destinations supported by our logistics partners. Some regions, remote areas, island territories, military addresses, or restricted jurisdictions may not be available for delivery. If your destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, preparation, quality checks, packing, and handoff to the carrier. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak sales periods, inventory transitions, or when additional verification is required.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 14 to 30 days, depending on your destination and carrier route. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, local postal operations, high shipping volume, or regional disruptions. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently do not support shipping a single order to multiple addresses. If you want items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address. This helps ensure accurate fulfillment, customs documentation, and tracking.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We may be unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military mail facilities because many carriers require a physical street address for delivery confirmation and customs compliance. Please provide a complete and accurate street address to avoid delays or failed delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import fees, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other local charges may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. We cannot control customs decisions, guarantee clearance times, or declare packages at reduced values.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email when available. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. You can follow the shipment through the carrier’s tracking page or any order tracking resources provided by InteractWaiting.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Although we work with reliable logistics providers, delays may occur due to customs checks, carrier capacity, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days after shipment, or if there has been no movement for more than 10 days, contact us at support@interactwaiting.com. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund after verification.
